What do I use for my own personal DVD duplication?
 I get asked from time to time about my thoughts and recommendations regarding equipment. One of the questions that comes up is invariably about DVD duplication... one do I use for DVD duplication. Well, actually for my larger projects - like the Casablanca Expert Tutorial DVDs - I use the services of CAM Audio, inc. in Garland, Texas. Their website is http://camaudio.com . They provide me with excellent service, quick turn-around and a quality job done right! For my smaller runs of DVD disks, like to copy DVDs with footage for an upcoming Casablanca Expert workshop or for CD duplication I have a 3-bay DVD duplicator in the 'Casablanca Laboratory'. This durable little unit (photo above, with DVD duplicator sitting just to the right of my Renommee Plus and S-4000 PRO) is speedy (up to 16X speed on DVD and 40s speed on CD -- both dependent on the media used), it is versatile (I ordered the model with the internal Hard Drive - this holds up to 15 full projects so I can more quickly duplicate and also use all 3 of my drive bays for duplicators, not source drives) and perhaps most importantly of all -- the product comes from a company who is both friendly to the Casablanca community and also very strong on their konwledge, support and service. My personal DVD duplicator is also from CAM Audio, Inc. in Dallas, Texas. CAM Audio, Inc just reduced their pricing on these units (and also added a new 5>1 duplicator). I have learned that CAM Audio, Inc. knows a lot about disk duplication as they run several thousand every day at their facility -- so they went and put together their own duplicators that would stand up to the rigors of a successful production company.
