Titling: using Range to adjust length of a title effect

In the Titling screen, highlight the Scene you wish to add a title to:
1. Add the Title Effect to the Storyboard
2. Left click 'Enter/Edit Text' and construct our title.
3. Left click on the time length at the top right corner under the storyboard.
Its length will be the length of the scene you have built your title onto.
4. Click on the ‘Range’ button and then adjust the IN and/or OUT points to modify the title to fit the length you wish it to appear in your storyboard.

For example, if you wish the title to start at the beginning of this scene and last for only 4 seconds - only click on the 'Out' button and scroll the trackball to the left so that your title is now just 4 seconds long.

Another application of the Range function is to place a title over more than a single scene.
1. After building a title click on the time length at the top right corner under the
storyboard.
2. Click on the ‘Range’ button and then adjust the IN point to add the title over the
scenes to the left of the selected scene.
Or Adjust the OUT point to add the title over the scenes to the right of the selected scene.
