Technical Requirements for attending Casablana Expert Webinars

What are the system requirements for attending a Webinar?

To attend a Webinar on a PC, the following is required:
  • Computer OS: Windows® 7, Vista, XP, 2003 Server or 2000 (Linux is not supported)
  • Web Browser: Internet Explorer® 6.0 or newer, or Mozilla® Firefox® 3.0 or newer (JavaScript™ and Java™ enabled) . If needed, download Java here.
  • Internet Connection: Cable modem, DSL, or better recommended
  • Hardware: Minimum of Pentium® class 1GHz CPU with 512 MB of RAM (2 GB of RAM for Windows Vista)

Can Mac users join a Webinar?
Yes, Mac® computer users can attend Webinars.
System requirements:
  • Computer OS: Mac OS® X 10.4 (Tiger®), OS X 10.5 (Leopard®), OS X 10.6 (Snow Leopard®)
  • Web Browser: Safari™ 3.0 or newer, Firefox® 2.0 or newer; (JavaScript™ and Java™ enabled)
  • Internet Connection: Cable modem, DSL or better recommended
  • Hardware: PowerPC G4/G5 or Intel processor, 512 MB of RAM or better

Participants wishing to connect to audio using VoIP will need a fast Internet connection, a microphone and speakers (a USB headset is recommended).
