What are DVD Region Codes?
DVD region codes are a technique designed to allow motion picture studios to control aspects of a release, including content, release date, and price, according to the region in the world (divided into six regions) . Many commercial DVDs are encoded with a region code restricting the area of the world in which they can be played. This code does not expire and is a permanent part of the recording which cannot be 'broke' or hacked. Above info courtesy of Wikipedia
The DVD authoring program, Arabesk, in your Casablanca digital video editor does not impart a region code - so you are free to distribute your programs internationally without regard to the DVD Region Codes.
